PARKING

• Please note that there is no private parking available in Nafplio Old Town. However, you may reach the hotel entrance to unload your luggage upon arrival. Afterwards, you may park your vehicle at the free public port parking area, which is located approximately 2 minutes walking distance from the hotel.

• Complimentary wireless internet access is available in all public areas and guest rooms.

RECEPTION HOURS

• The Reception Desk is open 24 hours.

CHECK-IN TIME

• Official check-in time is from 15:00 onwards. Early check-in may be possible subject to room availability.

CHECK-OUT TIME

• On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate your room by 11:00 a.m. If you wish to keep the room for a longer period, please contact the Reception for availability and the applicable charge.

BREAKFAST

• Breakfast is served daily from 7:30 to 10:30. Breakfast can also be served in your room. Please contact the Reception to arrange this service.

• If you require breakfast earlier than the serving hours, please inform the Reception. A take-away breakfast option is also available upon request.

ROOM SERVICE

• Room Service is available. Please dial 8 and the Reception staff will assist you.

HOUSEKEEPING

• Housekeeping service takes place daily. If you prefer not to be disturbed, please place the “Do Not Disturb” sign on your door.
 

LINEN & TOWEL CHANGE

• Bed linen is changed every other day. If you require additional linen or towel changes, please contact the Reception.

PILLOW MENU

• For your maximum comfort during your stay, the hotel offers a selection of different pillow types. If you wish to change the pillow in your room, please contact the Reception, who will be happy to assist you.

• For any information regarding museums, attractions, activities, historical sites, archaeological areas, or anything else you may need, please contact the Reception Desk.

LUGGAGE STORAGE & ASSISTANCE

• If you need to leave your luggage before check-in or after check-out, a secure luggage storage area is available at the hotel.

• For assistance with transporting your luggage to or from your room, please contact the Reception.

AIRPORT TRANSFER OR LOCAL TRANSFER

• If you would like us to arrange your transfer to or from the airport or the intercity bus station or the port of Nafplio, please contact the Reception.

CAR RENTAL

• The Reception can assist you with car, motorcycle, or bicycle rental reservations, depending on your needs.
 

DOCTOR / FIRST AID

• A doctor can be arranged upon request, with an additional charge. In case of emergency, please inform the Reception immediately so that an ambulance can be called.

Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. It is only allowed in the outdoor areas of the hotel.

Although we love animals, pets are not allowed in the hotel.
